Finca Can Alegria is an attractive and spacious Mediterranean country finca with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located in the main house. The other two bedrooms are extra large and located in the adjacent building, they feature big French sliding doors with direct access to the pool. Three of the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom. The main house has a living area with TV SAT and a fully equipped kitchen. Here is the first covered terrace, adorned with beautiful bougainvillia and with large table and chairs for meals in open air. The pool area features an extra large pool (14 x 7.5 meters), a barbecue house with another large table and chairs for grilled meals by the pool.

Finca Can Alegria is located at 4,5 km from the local town of Felanitx and only 10 km from the charming natural harbour of Porto Colom with its variety of local restaurants by the waterfront. Porto Colom is also a good starting point for excursions by boat and also jet ski´s can be rented here.
On Sunday the weekly market in Felanitx is definitely worth a visit!
Golf lovers will find the famous Vall d´Or Golf course within a 15 minutes drive.

auf dieser wunderbaren Finca.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind super liebe Menschen, haben uns versorgt mit leckerem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten.
Auch ein toller Abend mit Livemusik (Juan) war dabei. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort und können dieses Anwesen nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Very nice and helpful hosts! Beautiful home and pool where you can stay a day or two without having the need to see something else. The only criticism: there were just pretty loud fans in the rooms (no other way for cooling during the night), but we got used to it.
We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

This was an amazing large villa to enable 14 family members to enjoy a long planned holiday.
The communal areas were great, the outside kitchen (barbeque), fabulous large pool which was enjoyed by each family member ages from 5 mths to 68 yrs. (only moan we have is that there could have been more shaded areas, not enough when all 14 of us were by the pool. There was an outside table for the main house which was great for breakfasts, lunch etc.
Rooms were very clean and tidy, a few creaky beds were noticeable especially in one of the annexe rooms. Also could have done with air conditioning, although we did have fans when we asked for them.
All in all it was a fabulous place and was enjoyed by each and everyone of us. Thankyou

Overall a great place to relax and to spend a couple of days doing nothing.
It would have been good to have some of the things of everyday life available such as pepper/salt/sugar/oil and more toilet paper available. Other than this, all perfect!!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Finca war sehr groß, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The host was super helpful, and the house was nice and clean. The pool and barbecue area are great and well equipped, just remember to bring your own speakers if you like some music in the background. Location could be better as the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but it is a good choice for big groups, especially if you value privacy and freedom and don’t wanna have conflicts with neighbors and so on. Would recommend.

Everything was great. Only the bedrooms at the groundfloor are not really big and WIFi password was not working. It would be really nice to have WIFI at the pool too.

Amazing home in the countryside!
