Typical Mallorcan country finca with special charm, a large pool and many terraces which is located only a few minutes from the town of Felanitx and the village Son Mesquida. The property is situated in absolutely tranquil surroundings and offers 4 double bedrooms, each one with 2 single beds and 4 bathrooms for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the open lounge/dining area is very bright and spacious with a high ceiling, decorated with wooden beams which provides this finca with a warm and traditional atmosphere. Stairs in the lounge lead up to a first floor open space, under the roof, overlooking the living area which can be used for yoga or meditation. Outside the garden is decorated with olive trees and Mediterranean plants and here you will meet the 3 friendly resident cats basking in the sun. There's a shaded terrace with dining table, garden chairs and a brick-built barbecue for meals together in open air plus a beautiful mosaic tiled pool with roman steps that's equipped with comfortable sun loungers for all guests. This finca is ideal for a group of cat-friendly friends or families with children.

Golf lovers will find several golf courses in the area; at 20 km, the famous Vall d´Or Golf Course (18 holes), at 30 km, the Mallorca Marriott Son Antem Golf Resort and Spa by Llucmajor and in Son Servera at 37 km, the Real Pula Golf (18 holes).
There are many hiking trails in the area, and cyclists can enjoy countryside lanes, coastal routes and more hilly challenges. There is a yacht club in Portocolom and here you can engage in sailing, diving and sea fishing.

The property is surrounded by olive trees and countryside and enjoys a very peaceful location near the Mallorcan village of Son Mesquida by Felanitx which is an ideal starting point to visit many different locations on the island. Felanitx enjoys a relaxed atmosphere where you can simply stroll around and enjoy the golden stone buildings and hidden squares and the Sunday market is definitely worth a visit. Once you have explored the town you could visit some of the surrounding vineyards as it is Mallorca's second wine-producing area, set in lovely countryside and close by you also have the Sanctuary Sant Salvador and Castle Santuari, both of which are perched on top of hills and have wonderful views of Mallorca and the sea. The nearest harbour village is Porto Colom, one of the largest natural harbours of the island and delightful with its Spanish flair, there´s some good restaurants and tapas bars by the waterfront or you can explore the beautiful pine forest hills and browse the quaint streets for pretty souvenirs. You´ll also find many activities here and it is the ideal starting point for a recreational boat trip along the beautiful coast. Also at this side of the island, there´s many beautiful sandy coves with crystal clear water to discover, like the virgin beach of Cala Sanau with Bamboo sun loungers and beach bar, or Cala Mondrago, located in the natural park and there´s several more sandy coves in Cala Murada. The most beautiful beach of Mallorca, Es Trenc, a stretched white sandy beach located in the South is only 30 minutes by car and there are more beaches worth a visit in the same area, like Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. In Porto Cristo you can visit the famous caves of Drach (Cuevas del Drach).

Casa espectacular para pasar una semana, cerca de las mejores playas y calas de Mallorca, (20 35 minutos).
La casa es muy cómoda, habitaciones grandes, con armarios y amplias salas de estar.
La piscina y exteriores están en muy buen estado, sobre todo mucha limpieza.
Como único punto negativo diría que el wifi no es muy bueno, solo tiene 5Mb y no hay cobertura en toda la casa. Tampoco hay muy buena cobertura para el movil en la zona.
Sin duda volveríamos a la casa, recomendable 100%.
Por último agradecer al propietario Benito su atención, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento para que no nos faltara de nada.

Una casa ideal para alojar a un grupo grande y estar tranquilos en una zona rural. Resulta cómoda al tener tantos dormitorios y baños.

Perfect stay in the Finca. We were 2 famillies (4 adults and 5 childrens) and we enjoy our holidays. No surprise at the arrival, the finca was exactly like the pictures! The house is well placed to visit all the island. The finca is close to a little road (bedroom’s side) and there were some cars (Max 10) in the morning which generate some noise. It could be a disagreement with the windows open.

Escola apeared to us as promised. A rural and quite place in the middle of the island Mallorca. The estate was in good shape though some problems occured (lamps broken, pool light was broken and some more things). But this has to be told by the guests and our host at the location (Benito) was very very friendly and helpfull.
The sunshed were awfull to our mind. We bought coverages on the sunday market and put them over. First impression was negatively influenced by this.
The rest of the finca was very well maintained and the people that provided us the house were excellent.
My guests and me felt very well there and loved the nice location in a dreamingly surrounding. Thanks
