This 500m2 luxury villa is distributed in a main house that has 5 suites, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of them outside next to the pool; 1 whirlpool bathtub, 1 living room, 1 kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and includes a breakfast bar and dining area for 12 people, barbecue area, chill out area and 4 dining tables, outside and inside so you can decide where you want to eat. The sixth suite is located in an extension connected through the garden with a bathroom and private terrace.

The house is build on 15000 m2 of land and has an ideal and peaceful position between the typical Majorcan village of s´Horta and the idyllic fishing port of Porto Colom. Also the lively centre of Cala d´Or with it´s many shops, restaurants and bars is located at only 6 km. Here you´ll find the beautiful Marina with it´s many prestigious yachts. The virgin beach Cala Sanau with a laid-back atmosphere, it´s cosy beach bar and bamboo sun loungers is reachable within just a few km and in Cala d´Or there´s many more little white sandy beach coves to go sunbathing or enjoy some of the variety of water sports. In the immediate environment, at one of the many sandy coves, there´s a big variety of water sport activities. The area is also very inviting for activities such as horseback riding and biking or hiking. Golf enthusiasts will find the Club Vall d´Or at only a 5 minutes drive.

We spent a week at this lovely house with family and friends. The house had pretty much everything we could ask for. The pool was fantastic and very welcome on hot days. The location meant a car was essential, but it was really quiet. Portocolum was only a short drive, as were some beautiful beaches. The various areas of the house meant we weren’t on top of one another. We would definitely recommend staying here.

S'Espiga provided wonderful accommodation and a great venue for our family holiday.
The salt water swimming pool was heated by solar panels and with a shower and toilet one could spend separate time from the house. There was good shade.
The crockery, cutlery and glassware was extensive; the two kitchens with their fridge/freezers proved very useful. Plenty of varied cooking utensils to allow us to grill and cook paella.
There was plenty of seating around the property to give everyone space. Billiard table and table tennis were good additions.
The only negative was that when the weather was very hot, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas were inadequate and no-one could sleep. In the end we had to purchase fans, one of which was left at the property.

We are a group of 6 couples and had a fabulous holiday in S’Espiga. The villa and grounds were lovely and very spacious, the pool was fantastic From first booking to our arrival we had no problems and everyone we contacted couldn’t have been more helpful. We had help to arrange transfers from the airport and to set up an online delivery from a local supermarket for our arrival. We would thoroughly recommend.

We had in oktober 2015 with our family (10 adults and 5 children (1 – 8 years old)) a very good time in the wonderfull villa. The children liked the not heated swimmingpool very much. The children swing was dangerous, because it was rusty, not anchored and the bottem underneath the swing was not soft but hard.
There is enough space in and around the house.
The inventory is very complete.
The area is quiet and there is a beautifull garden.

This is rather new, extremely spacious finca near the coastal town Porto Colom. You need to have a car to do grocery shopping and enjoy local restaurants. Distances are small, but car is definitely required. This finca has beautiful garden and swimming pool area, a lot of fun for the kids and the family. Given the huge size (7BR), this finca is a great fit for multiple families travelling together. Well-equipped kitchen(s) enable cooking for those who like to try out their cooking skills with local ingredients. Overall great place to spend a week or more!
