Recently constructed, the property provides spacious accommodation for up to 6 people in interiors that have been finished and furnished to a high standard. It comprises, a ground floor bedroom (A/C) with en-suite shower room, a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen with breakfast table, a comfortable lounge and dining area with double doors opening out to the terrace/pool. On the first floor, there is a further twin bedroom (A/C) with en-suite shower room and an impressive master double bedroom (A/C) with a dressing area, en-suite bathroom with corner bath and separate walk-in shower. This bedroom has direct access to a sun terrace with mountain views. Outside, the crystal-clear swimming pool is equipped with comfortable, reclining sun loungers, the terrace includes a brick-built barbecue and a covered area with dining furniture for al fresco meals alfresco meals. Table tennis is also provided. Sports & Activities

Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing. There are several beautiful walks into the local hills and mountains and also an excellent base for cyclists.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollenca - Places of interest include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma' and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
