Casa Elodia is a unique property that offers a large private pool, extensive gardens and superb mountain views in a highly desirable location. Situated in the heart of Cala San Vicente, 700 metres from a selection of stunning beaches and just a short stroll to numerous restaurants. This single-storey part stone clad house has modern and bright interiors and sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one master double with en-suite shower room and a further two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom. There is a spacious open plan split-level lounge and dining area with large picture windows and glass sliding doors giving access to the two covered terraces and garden. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and a breakfast table and leads to a laundry area. Outside, the mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and holm oak trees, colourful shrubs and a lawn down to a built-in barbecue. A terrace with sun loungers surrounds a huge private pool with Roman steps and a small waterfall feature. At night the gardens/pool are beautifully lit creating a magical atmosphere for a perfect holiday. Having so much outdoor space in this area makes Casa Elodia a very unique property in itself whilst the added advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants makes it very special indeed!

Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollenca - The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma' and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.

Casa Elodia has an enviable location, situated in the heart of Cala San Vicente, a spot famous for the cliffs of the Cavall Bernat and just 700 meters (10 mins walk /3 mins drive) from a selection of beaches, restaurants and snack bars. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort nestled within the Tramuntana mountainous region, close to Formentor, at the most northern point of Mallorca. There are four small beaches, Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins and Cala Carbo which provide a mix of fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters. There is a limited number of shops but you will find a supermarket selling freshly baked bread and basic provisions along with a good selection of restaurants, cafes and a few bars, some with amazing sea views. The larger resorts of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca are approximately 10/15 minutes by car and have a splendid array of restaurants, shops, places of historical interest and a beautiful sandy beach with water sports.
A car is not needed when booking this villa and is only recommended for visiting the larger towns and resorts.
