The interior is decorated to a high standard in a traditional style with modern touches and comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. A large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a lounge both with doors opening onto the pool area. Outside, there is a large lawn area to the side of the property and the swimming pool is to the back surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with loungers, dining area and barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollensa - The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma' and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Can Bontana has an enviable location, situated just 400 meters from Cala Molins beach, restaurants and snack bars. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort nestled within the Tramuntana mountainous region, close to Formentor, at the most northern point of Mallorca. There are four small beaches, Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins and Cala Carbo which provide a mix of fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters. There is a limited number of shops but you will find a supermarket selling freshly baked bread and basic provisions along with a good selection of restaurants, cafes and a few bars, some with amazing sea views. The larger resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa are approximately 15 minutes by car and have a splendid array of restaurants, shops, places of historical interest and sandy beaches with water sports.
A car is recommended when booking this villa.
