Casa Can Fiol with a private pool is a traditional stone-clad Mallorcan villa that sleeps 6 and offers an idyllic setting, beautiful views and a convenient location. The villa is situated in the peaceful countryside with fabulous views of the Puig de Maria and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains yet ideally placed between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca, giving you easy access to both resorts within a 10 minutes drive. Inside this one-storey property the accommodation comprises of three air-conditioned bedrooms (one double/two twins), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized living/dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. There is a second bathroom (shower, w/c) in the annexe outside and a utility area. The swimming pool is edged with a lawn and surrounded by hedgerows giving you privacy for lazy days relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. A furnished terrace provides a nice shady area for the hottest parts of the day and is perfect for al fresco dining and grilled meals cooked on the barbecue. Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
