The villa has been recently renovated and can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Inside, the villa is set over one floor and comprises a large lounge with dining area (satellite TV with free channels, sofas, armchairs, Wi-Fi internet), a fully equipped separate kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday, a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub and shower over. Outside, the property is surrounded by pleasant gardens and paved terraces, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the Mallorcan sun. The private pool is equipped with sunbeds and there are comfortable seating areas under the shaded terrace, a brick- built barbecue and poolside gazebo is provided for outdoor dining with views over the Albufera natural reserve. Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Irene is perfectly located in the area of Playa de Muro, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the perfect sandy beach. Playa de Muro lies almost midway between the resorts of Alcudia and C'an Picafort on the northeast coast of Majorca in the magnificent Bay of Alcudia. It’s surrounded by a national park and roughly split into two areas – the quietly secluded Alcudia Pins and the lively Las Gaviotas with most of the pubs and bars. Playa de Muro’s main attraction is the beach with 5 km kilometres of pristine Blue Flag sand and the warm, shallow waters make it very popular with families with young children. Here you will find a wide variety of water sports and activities to suit all tastes, along with a good choice of restaurants from Paella on the beachfront, signature cuisine with sea views, Michelin-starred restaurants, chilled chiringuitos, oyster and caviar bars, live music, and more. It is also conveniently close to Alcudia with a picturesque marina and historic old town.
