Casa Magda with a private pool is a lovely detached holiday villa for 6 guests located at the foot of the private El Vila Estate just outside of Port de Pollensa. The villa offers fabulous views over the El Vila area and the Tramuntana mountains as well as easy access to the popular sandy beach resort (5 mins drive), old town Pollensa and Cala San Vicente (10 mins drive). Inside, all the accommodation is on ground level and comprises, an entrance to the open plan lounge and dining area which is filled with character from the original beamed and tile ceiling through to the stone internal wall. A kitchen, fully equipped with conveniences including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven with extractor fan and a fridge freezer. Three bedrooms, one double and two twins all with air-conditioning (on a timer), one full bathroom and a shower room with low access to the shower. Outside, you will find an inviting swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and a lawn edged with hedgerows that provide plenty of privacy for lazy days spent by the pool. A covered dining terrace with a built-in barbecue, perfect for grilled meals al fresco whilst enjoying the mountain views. Casa Magda is an ideal choice for families/friends who love outdoor space and views but also want to be within easy reach of the facilities Port de Pollensa has to offer including the famous Pine Walk and sandy beach.

Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Casa Magda is situated at the foot of the private El Vila Estate with fabulous views over the El Vila area and the Tramuntana mountains. Conveniently located close to the main road that links Pollensa with Port de Pollensa, gives you very easy and quick access to both resorts (5/10 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. Port de Pollensa was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. There is also an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. . Cala San Vicente is also just a short drive (10 minutes), a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and crystal clear waters.
