Set over 3 floors, it comprises: a main living area on the ground floor, with a large lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a cloakroom (w/c). Stairs lead down to the lower floor with 2 bedrooms, a double and a single, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and a further comfortable sitting area and kitchenette. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom and are located on the upper floor. They are respectively two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Outside the villa is a true oasis, surrounded by manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs, flowers and extensive terraces to enjoy the wonderful views. There is an annexe with gym equipment, a large private swimming pool, poolside shower, sun beds and parasols.
