On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms (2 double / 2 twins) with doors that lead to terraces offering a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing sea views and sunsets, there are also 2 family bathrooms. On the ground floor is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living space with dining and living areas opening out to the covered terraces with garden and pool, there is also another double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further shared shower room. The villa has all modern amenities for your indoor entertainment with flat screen SAT TV, DVD Home Cinema, WiFi plus on the lower ground floor is a games room with pool/billiards and table football and another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The garden with private pool are sea facing with uninterrupted views, there is a stone built barbecue, furniture for dining al fresco and comfortable sofa's to chill out with friends and family.

The inland of Rethymnon provides nice places for hiking and trails pass through impressive gorges, ancient sites and authentic villages. On the northern side there are some diving centres that offer courses and organise diving trips to interesting spots including old wrecks and reefs.

Adele and nearby Adelianos Kampos is a traditional village and beach resort with a mix of old and new and traditional and modern, it is also one of the best resorts in Crete because of its long and sandy beach and plenty of choice in terms of bars and restaurants. Villa Iris is in an ideal location explore the many Crete attractions, nearby are the Monastery of Arkadi at the foothills of Psiloritis, (Mount Ida) and the historic town of Rethymnon with its marina, quaint old town and Venetian Fort. You can climb aboard the Happy Train and take a trip to the waterfalls of Argyroupoli which is the perfect way to cool down after hot days on the beach.
