An amazing Villa with Air Conditioning and Perfect Location for Families !
Casa Toni is a spacious, newly built Majorcan landhouse (year 2004) on a fenced plot of 2000 sqm with private pool (5 x 10 meters) and lush Mediterranean garden with a variety of beautiful plants and green lawn. All living areas are situated on ground level, there are 5 bedrooms (4 x double / 1 x single) to accommodate up to 9 persons, a spacious living area with XL Flat screen TV and a dining area, which could easily remind you of a scene out of the movie "King Arthur and the knights of the round table", a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms, one is en-suite and is adapted for wheelchair users, there is another bathroom with shower and toilet by the pool and there is also an extra guest toilet in the house.
The exterior of the house has many shaded terraces with tables and chairs, and a brick built barbecue to enjoy grilled meals in open air. Even the parking space offers shade for up to 4 cars. The large private pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, and is adorned with a waterfall coming out of an antique jug, providing the relaxing sound of flowing water.

Sports & Activities
The golf course Vall d'Or has 18 holes and is situated on the road to Porto Colom. There are many hiking trails in the area and cyclists can enjoy countryside lanes, coastal routes and more hilly challenges, there are also several tennis courts and a riding school nearby. In Porto Colom is a yacht club and here you can engage in sailing, diving and sea fishing.

Casa Toni enjoys a very peaceful location and the picturesque fishing village of Porto Colom with its Spanish flair is only minutes away. There´s some good restaurants and tapas bars by the waterfront or you can explore the beautiful pine forest hills and browse the quaint streets for pretty souvenirs. You´ll also find many activities here and it is the ideal starting point for day excursions or for an unforgettable boat trip along the beautiful coast. Nearby beaches are Cala Marcal, Cala Murada and the popular resort of Cala d´Or with its prestigious yacht port, many shops, restaurants, bars and another 7 sandy coves with crystal clear water to choose from. The market in Felanitx on Sunday morning is recognised as one of the best in Mallorca and is definitely worth a visit.

Wir waren mit 9 Personen in dieser sehr schönen Finca. Der Garten ist toll angelegt. Es gibt einen großen Pool und genügend Platz zum Verweilen. Eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern war vorhanden. Klimaanlage für die warmen Nächte hat gut funktioniert. Der Vermieter Antonio und seine Frau Isabell kümmern sich prima. Verständigung war etwas schwierig. Aber mit Händen und Google-Übersetzung hat auch das funktioniert. Ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich. Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

The Villa is very nice, top clean, very nice Pool absolut top Water. It was fantastic!!!!!

Casa Toni is a fantastic property and we had a great week. The villa is very well furnished and comfortable. It is also extremely well equipped which isn't always the case with holiday villas. There is a huge amount of space (10+ dining areas!), and everything works well. The only downsides are that the location is such that you have to get in your car to go anywhere. Aside from that, thoroughly recommend.

Casa Toni ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos, das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Rund ums ganze Haus hat es viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Platz. Toni und Isabel informieren gut und sind notfalls erreichbar. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderfull stay at Casa Toni, together with family. Everything was clean en worked correctly. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, swimmingpool were verry clean. Also the owners were very helpfull and correct!
