Villa Alcanada Beach is a semi-detached holiday home with a private pool located next to the beach and Club de Golf Alcanada in the bay of Aucanada and just a few minutes drive from the ancient towns of Port d'Acudia and Alcudia. The house is set over three levels with a large roof terrace providing fabulous views over the sea and to the island Illa de Alcanada with its famous lighthouse. The entrance level comprises a living room and dining area with access to the terrace/pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a handy guest bathroom (w/c). The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are on the lower level, a master with an en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms that share a family bathroom. Here will also find a garage and a laundry room with an extra freezer. The private kidney-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a lovely garden with outdoor furniture provided for relaxation and al fresco dining. This prestigious villa offers many opportunities, a calm yet central location, a golf course and a beach just some steps away and supermarkets, bars and restaurants are also nearby. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
