Casa Raul with a private pool is a delightful 3-bedroom villa located just outside the town of Port de Pollensa and within walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach, shops and restaurants (approximately 20 minutes). The property is situated in a peaceful area, surrounded by picturesque countryside and offers superb views of the Tramuntana Mountains and Boquer Valley. Casa Raul sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that are tastefully decorated with a traditional touch. On the ground floor, there is one double, one twin and two full bathrooms, a further twin bedroom is upstairs, it's particularly spacious and accessed via a staircase directly into the room, from here you also have access to a large private terrace with wonderful far-reaching views. Downstairs, the open plan living room has ample space for all the family, with comfortable seating around the ornamental fireplace, a flat-screen TV, dining table/chairs and the beamed ceilings and detailed wrought ironwork on the windows create a real Spanish feel. The fully equipped country-style kitchen adjoins the living room and has plenty of storage and a small breakfast bar. The attractive outside space includes a private pool, brick-built barbecue and a wrap-around covered terrace. The pool and sunbathing area is surrounded by a tiled terrace and edged with a small lawn - perfect for sunbathing whilst the terrace is furnished with a large table, benches, and a chill-out seating area. Accessed via an electric gate Casa Raul provides a private retreat for relaxing holidays in a picturesque setting whilst being close to Port de Pollensa. Whether you choose to dine along the seafront, in the square, by the marina or along the Pine Walk, you will be spoilt for choice!

Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Casa Raul is situated in a quiet area surrounded by picturesque countryside with fantastic views of the Tramuntana Mountains and over Boquer Valley. Ideally located just outside the town of Port de Pollensa and within walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach, shops and restaurants (approximately 20 minutes). This attractive town is one of the most popular family resorts in the whole of Mallorca and offers great activities, beaches, bars and restaurants. Originally a fishing village the town still features a large marina which usually harbours leisure boats but you can still see some traditional ‘llaüts’ used by the Mallorcans for catching fish. The horseshoe-shaped bay is well protected from strong winds and so the calm, warm water of the Mediterranean sea is ideal for holidays by the beach. The 1 km "Pine Walk" promenade along Passeig Voramar with whitewashed villas and pine trees leaning into the sea is perfect for an early evening walk.
Cala San Vincente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a great beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
A car is useful when booking this villa to reach the larger supermarkets and for exploring the area but not essential.
