Situated in the desirable and tranquil area of Son March Valley approximately 10 minutes drive from a variety of restaurants and shops in Old Town Pollenca and 15/20 minutes from the beaches and amenities of Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente. The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished combining a blend of traditional period furniture with stylish modern touches. Built over one level with tiled floors throughout it comprises 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), an equipped kitchen with fitted appliances and a comfortable lounge and dining room. Outside, there is a private kidney-shaped swimming pool with a sun terrace and mature gardens with some lawn areas, a built-in barbecue for those who like to cook al fresco meals, and a lovely shaded dining terrace to enjoy the meal while taking in the idyllic setting and superb views. Pollenca - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports including; pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - A great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views.
Lluc Monastery and Museum - One of the Island's key sights, an important pilgrim site for over 800 years in a beautiful location in the mountains.

Casa Nidia is situated in the sought-after area of the Son March valley, in the heart of Pollenca countryside and approximately 10 minutes drive from the centre of the Old Town. The nearest town is Pollenca, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes whilst the beautiful sandy beaches of the east coast can be reached in 20/30 minutes. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.
