Villa Alameda with a private pool is an attractive stone-built country house with a large garden, stunning views and an excellent location. Situated in the countryside area of La Font, below the backdrop of the Serra Tramuntana mountains yet conveniently located just 5 minutes drive/30 minutes walk to the old town of Pollensa and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach resorts of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The original part of this Mallorcan villa has been beautifully restored and a brand-new extension has been added to offer a stunning combination of old charm and new modern opulence, there are many quaint touches demonstrating its origins throughout which creates a unique feel. The house sleeps 5 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and is set over 2 levels. On the ground floor, glass doors from the front terrace lead into a spacious open plan living/dining room with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to the covered side terrace. The dining area features unusual vaulted ceilings and the lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas, the is a complimentary Internet connection, satellite TV and a DVD player. A hallway with a guest bathroom (w/c) leads through to a fully equipped, light and airy kitchen with granite marble effect worktops and stylish cupboards, as well as a separate pantry and a utility room with a washing machine. A staircase leads up to the bedrooms with parquet flooring, there is a master double with a walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom, plus a pretty single and a double that share a family shower room. The double has fitted wardrobes and a private terrace with stunning views over the mountains and surrounding countryside. Within the grounds and to the front of the house there is a fenced pond and a lawn with citrus trees, a smaller lawn area is ideal for children to play and table tennis is provided for extra entertainment. Natural stone-coloured tiles cover both the terraces and surround the private pool which has wide Roman steps leading into the water, plenty of sun loungers to relax on and for added convenience, a poolside shower room/w/c has been newly built. Adjacent to the crystal-clear pool is a covered outdoor kitchen area with a built-in barbecue affording an ideal sun shaded area to relax, dine al fresco or just enjoy the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
