Villa Maribel is a charming holiday home in a unique and sought after location, just a few steps from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro in the magnificent Bay of Alcudia, This detached property offers fantastic sea views, various furnished terraces and is surrounded by private grounds with lawn, shrubs and pine trees. Tastefully finished in a traditional Mallorcan style the villa sleeps 6 guests in interiors that are welcoming, spacious, airy and air-conditioned. Set over 2 floors, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a family shower room. The lounge and dining room have large patio doors leading out to the terraces and gardens. On the upper floor are 2 further bedrooms (1 double + 1 twin) and another family shower room, the bedrooms open straight out to wide terraces providing views over the pine trees and to the sea. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
