Villa Elaine is a charming 2-bedroom villa with a private pool and an enviable location. Set on a small mount, on the outskirts of Pollenca offering stunning views across the old town, to the famous Puig de Maria and the surrounding countryside whilst just a 20 minute stroll away from the main square and an amazing choice of bars, gourmet restaurants and shops. The accommodation is set over a single level for up to 4 guests and comprises, 2 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) and an open kitchen, dining and living space. The lounge has comfortable new furnishings, plasma screen with Satellite TV (local channels), DVD, CD Player and dining table/chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and small pantry. Outside, there is a well maintained garden with a large lawn and a private swimming pool, sun loungers, table tennis and a barbecue are also provided. A furnished, covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining or just relaxing, the views from here are second to none, in the day you can admire the wonderful countryside and mountains and by night be mesmerised by the twinkling lights in the distance as the Old Town comes alive. Villa Elaine is ideal for a small family or couples seeking an idyllic location that is close to all the amenities this ancient town has to offer!

Sports & Activities

Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
