Finca Lorenzo with a private pool is a 2-bedroom family villa for 4 guests that offers an idyllic countryside setting in a very convenient location. Situated between Pollenca, Alcudia and Port de Pollenca gives you very easy access (10/15 minutes by car) to all three resorts and the fantastic sandy beaches on the east coast. This single level property is set in attractive mature gardens with great views across the countryside and to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains in the distance. The interiors are traditional in style with beam ceilings, tiled floors, white walls and wooden furnishings with modern amenities added including air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, satellite TV and internet Wi-Fi. The accommodation comprises, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and an open-plan lounge/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen separated by a breakfast bar. The villa is accessed via a driveway and through gates to a private parking area and beautiful gardens with trees, shrubs, colourful flowers and a lawn. Here you will find an inviting pool with Roman steps and sun loungers, table tennis, a covered outdoor kitchen/built-in barbeque area and a furnished terrace with lovely views, a perfect setting for evenings spent dining al fresco. Pollenca - Places of historical interest include: "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
