This stone-built holiday home sleeps up to 4 guests and is traditional in style with the added benefits of modern services such as air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi. Inside comprises an open plan living space with a cosy lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, there are 2 generous sized bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and one twin that could have sole use of the additional shower room between the bedrooms. The property is detached and surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a lawn, a private swimming pool and spacious terraces to relax or enjoy grilled meals alfresco, cooked on the built-in barbecue. Sports & Activities

Pollenca - Places of historical interest include "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
