Casa Erica with a private pool is a comfortable holiday villa for 4 guests located in the pretty countryside just outside of Port de Pollenca. The villa offers a peaceful setting with lovely mountain views as well as easy access to a sandy beach resort (5 mins drive), old town Pollenca and Cala San Vicente (10 mins drive). The accommodation is across one level with interiors that are simply designed and decorated with white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furnishings. The lounge has an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, a sofa, easy chairs and a dining table. There is a newly fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. The two bedrooms (1 x double/1 x twin) share a family bathroom and the double room has French doors out to the side terrace. Air-conditioning is provided in the bedrooms and the lounge. Outside, at the back of the property, you will find a great swimming pool surrounded by a terrace edged by hedgerows providing plenty of privacy for lazy days spent by the pool. A covered kitchen area with a built-in barbecue is a lovely place to cook and eat outside whilst enjoying the mountain views. Casa Erica would suit a small family or a couple seeking a quiet retreat in a location that's convenient to reach beaches, activities, shops and restaurants!

Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollenca - Places of interest include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Casa Erica is situated in a peaceful area, nestled in the countryside between Port de Pollenca and Pollenca. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to both resorts (5/10 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Cala San Vicente is also just a short drive (10 minutes), a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
