LUXURY VILLA WITH AMAZING VIEW TO THE MARINA OF CALA D´OR!!
This prestigious villa with 4 double bedrooms and modern interior features integrated air conditioning throughout the house and is fully equipped with parquet flooring . The large sliding French windows provide a bright light in the living room and open onto a terrace with chill-out furniture and a private pool with Ramon steps and open-air. The living room also has a dining area , flat screen TV , SAT and DVD . All appliances in the kitchen are of premium quality (microwave , oven , dishwasher , ceramic induction hob, American fridge / freezer with ice cubes function) . On the first floor there are three double bedrooms (all with large built-in wardrobes) and 2 bathrooms . The master bedroom enjoys splendid views and has its own ensuite bathroom and two other bedrooms share a bathroom as well as a spacious terrace also with a fantastic view over the Marina of Cala d'Or . A further staircase leads to the roof terrace with comfortable lounge seating and more breathtaking views of the Marina and at the other side, views to the Majorcan hill landscape. The 4th bedroom is on the lower ground floor and has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower , toilet and bidet . On the lower ground floor there is a further additional lounge sitting area and ping pong table . In annex is also the utility room with washing machine , dryer , iron and ironing board .

Villa "Madonna di Mare" enjoys an excellent location in the Marina of Cala d'Or, near the prestigious Yacht Club. In the Marina, at only a few meters walking , there is a variety of excellent restaurants with national and international cuisine . And the closest sandy beach is " Calo d' Es Pou " at less than 500m. Along the Marina you can easily walk to the nearby resort of Cala d'Or and Cala Egos. Cala d'Or is built in typical Ibiza style, surrounded by mediterranean vegetation and pine trees, which provide the resort with a beautiful pittoresque touch. Here you'll find more lovely sandy coves like "Playa Cala d'Or" and "Cala Gran".

This villa is great for a couple of family's, its spacious, it has everything that you need equipment wise and the basement room is ideal for teenagers. The pool and jacuzzi are great and the fact that it is on four levels allows everyone to have their own space. It's a short walk down some steps to reach the marina and there are plenty of excellent restaurants around the marina. Betty from best holiday homes was very helpful. The only tiny problems we had was the fridge in the kitchen wasn't really cold enough and the boiler broke whilst we were there, but luckily we were on holiday with our friend who is a plumber!
I would recommend this villa and the views from the outside seating of the marina are truly breathtaking!

Villa Can Paloma was in an excellent location, great views from the top terrace. It was extremely well equipped, a beautiful pool, and jacuzzi, and lots of places to escape from the sun when too hot. The owner is clearly very proud of her home, and that comes through with the decor and furniture. We would definitely recommend the villa as a family, and would return, no question.
