Casa Adrian is situated in peaceful countryside location, 4 km from the town of Llucmajor with all amenities and just a short drive to the fantastic beaches at S'Arenal and Cala Brava. This quaint house has been comfortably furnished and modern amenities are all provided, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning (living spaces), satellite TV and WiFi. Laid out over two floors it sleeps 8 with an option for 2 extra guests, on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living area with dining table, sofas and traditional fireplace, wood burning stove, the top floor has it's own access, a living space with 2 sofas/beds, wood burning stove, private bathroom and 2 single beds. Outside is a private and fenced salt water pool with shower and sun loungers and a covered terrace with brick built barbecue, dining furniture with views to the pretty gardens and countryside.

Son Antem Golf Club offers two excellent 18-hole courses designed by Francisco López Segalés, one of Spain’s most famous golf course designers.
S'Arenal has long sandy beaches with great facilities and water sports.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the warm spring sunshine and this house was just what we wanted. The property is just as described online. Plenty of room and the backyard is the greatest place to hang out. Nice bathrooms, everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
