Can Esperanza is perfectly located for exploring some of the best beaches on the island, positioned in a peaceful area in the countryside and just 8 minutes drive from the pretty rural town of Campos, with plenty of restaurants, shops and a twice weekly market. The interior is spacious and light with modern furnishings and amenities, A/C (living area), WiFi, Satellite TV, 40" Home Cinema and DVD/CD player are all provided and heating is also available as an optional extra. The property sleeps 8, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, entrance hall with staircase, the comfortable living room is separated by a stone archway leading to the dining area which opens out directly to a terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units, built-in appliances and a dining set. Outside the private swimming pool is fenced and sun loungers and umbrellas are supplied, there is also another covered area with a stone built barbecue and dining furniture for enjoying meals al fresco.
