Finca Ses Pedreres is a stunning countryside villa which stands in its own grounds with breathtaking views to the Tramuntana mountain range, Alcudia Bay and the sea in the distance. The property has been recently built to a very high standard which is reflected throughout the interior with high specification finishes and tasteful furnishings, it is fully air conditioned (hot/cold on a timer) and WiFi is available in all rooms. The accommodation lies on two floors, downstairs, the spacious fully equipped modern kitchen / dining area leads to the covered porch and garden and is accessed via glass sliding doors. Next to the kitchen is the lounge area with satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German) and comfortable seating, there are two pretty bedrooms, one double and one twin each with their own en-suite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms and the lounge has glass doors giving access to the back garden with a small terrace and lawn area. Upstairs lies the master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite shower room and a private terrace which enjoys views to the bay in the distance. The villa sits on a countryside plot of 3,000 m² with a private swimming pool, ping pong table, covered BBQ and a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining and memorable times spent with family or friends.

Finca Ses Pedreres is situated in a peaceful countryside location and enjoys breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range, Alcudia Bay and to the sea in the distance. It is only 5 km from the most famous beach in North Mallorca and very near to the famous Albufera wetland. At just 4 km is the resort of Can Picafort which has plenty of bars restaurants and shops, the beach here is white and sandy with clear waters. There are water sports, sailing, scuba diving and windsurfing and all the facilities you would expect to make it family-friendly.
A car is necessary when booking this house.

Eine schöne, eher modern eingerichtete Finca. Äusserst ruhige Lage. Grosszügiger Umschwung - Grosszügige Aussen-Beleuchtung. Schöner und sauberer Meerwasserpool. Top Aussicht auf die Bucht von Alcanada. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Grosse Küche. Es fehlt an nichts, inkl, D’Or Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und allen Küchengeräten die man braucht. Speziell, kleine sep. Waschküche. Eine von aussen erreichbare geschlossene Aussendusche mit Toilettenanlage - ideal bei mehreren Personen und Kinder beim Aufenthalt am Pool. Grill ist gedeckt. Der Besitzer Bernardo ein sehr zuvorkommender Mensch. Gut erreichbar bei Fragen und sehr hilfsbereit.
Es braucht ein Auto an dieser Lage, was für uns kein Problem war, da wir auch golferisch unterwegs waren. Div. Golf-Plätze zwischen 25-40Min. erreichbar. 10Min. an den Strand von Can Picafort.
15 Min. nach Alcudia - je nach Verkehr. Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Die Anfahrt gut beschrieben, auch wenn das Haus eher abgelegen ist. In der Nähe (5Min), gibt es übrigens ein tolles spanisches Grillrestaurant, s’alqueria Turó. Wir und unsere Boys (12&14 ) werden wieder kommen und können dieses Haus für Menschen die Ruhe suchen und auch Familien sehr empfehlen.

Beautiful villa, each bedroom is very comfortable with plenty of space, and well equipped ensuite bathrooms, good air conditioning, a large kitchen / dining area, with excellent grounds, and a ready supply of figs from the surrounding trees. Beds are very firm and incredibly comfortable. Lovely views to the sea and to Cap De Formentor from the main bedroom balcony. Pool is very well sized. Location is secluded, quiet, but easily found using the directions provided. A car is essential to get around given the villas location - Alcudia is a 10-15 minute drive from the villa. A great base for cycling.
Only area that could be improved is the addition of some comfortable chairs to sit on both inside & outside.

Wonderful house with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Air conditioning times had to be negotiated with the owner but once you make direct contact with him he is very flexible and available almost all the time, living only 10 minutes away from the house. Thank you, Bernat - you were a great host! The pool is amazing although not fenced in, so be aware of that if you have small children. As is typical on islands, there may be some mold here and there, and you’ll have to remember to put away your dishes after every meal otherwise the kitchen is full of ants. The location is great. It’s absolutely quiet and yet you’ll only need to trav l 10 minutes to Ponderosa beach, 15 minutes to Muro beach, and a couple of grocery stores are close by. You’ll need to have a car when you stay here, though.

Lovely Property!
Lovely villa. Huge garden, nice pool, comfy sun loungers. The villa is on raised ground so you have a wonderful view over to Alcudia bay. It’s an easy drive to the nearest supermarket and shops/restaurants. The air conditioning wasn’t working in the master bedroom - it was bearable for June but would need to be fixed for people staying in hotter weather. There is a nice dining table outside and small table & chairs in the upstairs patio, but the addition of a sofa or comfy chairs outside would welcome.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en la Finca, muy cómoda y moderna, cerca de Playa muro a donde siempre solemos ir . Con un Anfitrión excelente el señor Bernardo siempre atento a cualquier eventualidad para solucionarlo . Sin duda repetiremos el próximo año. Cada excelente en cuanto a comodidad y ubicación acerca a a la playa . Muy buen anfitrión ! Sin duda repetiremos
