Casa Olivia nestles in the Colonya valley with breath-taking views to the countryside and the iconic chapel topped Puig de Maria. The property has been recently renovated and carefully enhanced to offer an even more refined holiday experience. With refreshed interiors, improved comfort and beautifully updated living spaces, the villa is ready to welcome guests for a relaxed and memorable stay in Mallorca. The house sleeps 8 people and offers spacious communal areas and cosy private corners. To ensure maximum comfort, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and the house is equipped with a Smart TV and high-speed Starlink WiFi connection of approximately 400 Mbps, ensuring excellent connectivity throughout the property. The ground floor features a double living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area, and direct access to the furnished terraces and pool area along with a bathroom with an outdoor shower. All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, providing a pleasant separation between the social and private areas of the house. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the other two have single beds. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth has access to a nearby additional bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub, ideal for young children, and the other two feature walk-in showers. Outside, the property invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The large 8 x 4 metre private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded relaxation areas, while the tennis court blends harmoniously into the landscape. For social moments, the covered porch offers an elegant space for outdoor dining and enjoying meals prepared on the brick barbecue.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
