Casa Olivia nestles in the Colonya valley with breathtaking views to the countryside and the iconic chapel topped Puig de Maria. The property has been carefully and lovingly restored retaining many of the features from when it was previously a working farmhouse, the wooden beams, fireplaces and exposed stone complement the modern additions to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms creating a perfect balance of old and new. The house sleeps 8 people in 4 large bedrooms (2 double / 2 twin) on the first floor, all with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms so perfect for large families or groups of friends. On the ground floor are 2 seating areas, one with SAT TV, DVD and WiFi is also available. The large kitchen and dining area is a lovely, stylish space and fully equipped for all your cooking and dining requirements. Outside there is a private pool and exterior shower room, sun loungers, garden furniture, covered/uncovered terraces, a private tennis court and a pleasant eating area with an original Mallorcan oven for enjoying relaxed meals together. Casa Olivia provides an ideal countryside holiday retreat with easy access to amenities in a picturesque location with amazing views.

There is a range of water sports available in Port de Pollenca including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving.
Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.

An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views to the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Olivia nestles in the Colonya valley with breathtaking views to the countryside and the iconic chapel topped Puig de Maria. An area of natural beauty and a bird lovers utopia, a wealth of species including Hawks, Kestrels and Kites can often be seen soaring around the ragged rocky hills. The villa is just 1 km from the market town of Pollensa, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
A short distance away is the attractive town of Port de Pollensa, a popular resort offering great activities, beaches, bars and restaurants. Originally a fishing village this North Majorcan town still features a large marina which usually harbours leisure boats but you can still see some traditional ‘llaüts’ used by the Mallorcans for catching fish. The horseshoe-shaped bay is well protected from strong winds and so the calm, warm water of the Mediterranean sea is ideal for swimming and relaxing on the beach.
