A Charming Finca in a Protected Rural Area but still well connected to Palma and Beach Resorts !

Finca Falcon is a charming rustic house dating back to 1880 that has been lovingly refurbished in 2016 maintaining the character of the original house but adding modern conveniences. The house sits on a vast plot of land between the village of Calvia and the sea front resort of Palma Nova at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range in a protected rural area. accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 which is perfect for big families, the house is distributed over two floors with the original terracotta tiles maintained. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor all with their own en-suite shower rooms, the big kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and has a large table with wooden benches, there is a separate and more formal dining room that gives onto a small terrace overlooking the pool area and a big lounge with an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and Satellite (limited channels). There is air-conditioning throughout the whole house (on a timer) and free WiFi. Outside is a large kidney shaped private swimming pool with decking around it, an outside table and chairs for al fresco dining, a gas BBQ (please be aware that this property is in protected area and no real fires are allowed during the summer months) and a Petanque pitch. The villa is well connected to the capital Palma, the beach resorts and four golf courses but also provides a haven of peace and tranquillity.

With a close proximity to the Tramuntana mountains range there are opportunities and easy access to the many trails for hikers and mountain bikers. There is also a designated cycle track around Calvià that provides a selection of wide and easy to navigate routes. A wide range of water sports are available at the nearby resorts of Palma Nova and Santa Ponsa.
