Villa Paradise - Paphos

Wonderful view, wonderful location! Communication is very good and cleaning after one week too!
It’s a pity, that you can’t see anything through some of the great window glasses! We liked the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the beautiful open fire in the living room!
We would like to come again!

Perfect Place for relaxing vacation.

The villa was beautiful and very close to what is shown in the pictures. You don't see the small but well-equipped kitchen, and there are stains between the double-glass window panes that obstruct the view, but it's such a big and amazing view, it wasn't such a big deal.


The biggest let-down was the Jacuzzi. I declined other options that didn't have a jacuzzi or had one that wasn't working, as this was critical for us, coming in the winter. The "jacuzzi" at this place was more of a luke-warm bath with jets. If a heated pool was the temperature of the jacuzzi, I would be disappointed - it really doesn't even deserve to be called a jacuzzi at 25 degrees.

The other big frustration was that when we arrived, they had disabled the air and heating. We told them we didn't need AC in the dead of winter, so they went ahead and disabled it along with the heat! When we arrived in the frigid cold villa, and asked them to turn on the heat, they told us they would do it the next day. I had to tell them that we would have to cancel the reservation as the villa was uninhabitable in that temperature, and only then did they agree to send someone to come and (begrudgingly) activate the heat.

On that note, the contract said NOTHING about heat or extra costs, and even though it was middle of winter and not in our contract, they charged us $100 extra for heating 2 of the 5 rooms in the villa for just 3 days. It was very sneaky, dishonest, frustrating, and manipulative. They should be upfront about costs, and improve communication tremendously.

Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful villa with an incredible view, but some key details and costs were definitely misconstrued and concealed until it was too late.

Great place, great views. Maybe new windows in the living room would make it picture perfect.

The location of the villa is stunning with wonderful views from all rooms, and the secluded beach is very close. The living space is great, the pool and its surroundings are very relaxing also with fab views, and the proximity of the road is not a problem at all. There is one let-down - the hot water system which does not work well.

Location was perfect as was check in and cleanliness BUT we paid a premium price for a property that did require some work. That said it did not spoil the holiday. Most of the glass has stained, paint splatters everywhere, big ant infestation meant eating indoors at night and sunbeds not quite comfy enough. It needs a quality touch to improve it BUT the views and position are superb...

Fantastic view - This Villa is so amazing and everything was perfect!!!

The house is really as gorgeous as the pictures promise. You have beautiful views from every room of the house. The pool area gives you a very good view of the bay. The little beach below called "paradise beach" can be reached by a quick 5 minute walk from the house. The open air BBQ kitchen includes a big charcoal grill with various utensils including large souvlaki skewers. The three bedrooms are spacious and have a direct view to the ocean. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you should need to prepare food or clean the dishes including a dish washer and a washing machine.
