Latchi Villa is set in its own attractive rockery gardens with a fruit garden to the rear and a path leading to the beach which is just a 10 minute walk, it is also conveniently located 900 meters from the amenities at Poli Crysochous. This large white washed villa offers every modern comfort with stylish terracotta floors and high wooden beamed ceilings. The larger than average living space includes a fully equipped connected kitchen, dining and a comfortable seating area with fireplace creating a relaxing and welcoming ambience. There are 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 guests which are tastefully appointed with attractive furnishings and fitted wardrobes. Outside is a large pool (10 x 4 meters) and patio area, complete with exterior Jacuzzi, built-in barbecue area and comfortable patio furniture positioned under the pergola to tempt you to relax and enjoy both the sun & the shade!

Latchi / Latsi with its coastal paved walk is the picturesque harbour of Polis, known throughout Cyprus for its fresh fish and in the past it served as a small port for shipping carobs. The old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, fish taverns and places of recreation. From Latchi, travellers to Polis can go on short cruises to the Akamas, a must for all visitors.
According to legend the area that is now Latchi was once long ago the scene of a dramatic tale between two young loves. In the time of the gods, Aphrodite, it is said, fell in love with a bold young hunter named Adonis. Adonis loved the thrill of hunting, Aphrodite, however was concerned for his safety and one day while hunting a wild boar he was killed as the raging boar buried its tusk in the young hunters side. As Aphrodite rushed to the scene she cut her delicate skin on the underbrush and tinged all the white roses pink. On finding Adonis she shed countless tears, which, as they struck the ground turned into anemones; the red drops of blood at the scene then turned into red roses. This legend explains how all the beautiful flowers came to be in this area.
Today Latchi remains a sleepy coastal town; the impact of tourism cannot be seen as greatly as in other towns, which allows the natural character of the place to shine through.
