Anise Villa is a beautiful white-washed holiday home that nestles in the leafy Miliou valley overlooking the citrus groves. The holiday villa offers its guests wonderful luxury and is perfect for relaxing, the accommodation inside is very comfortable and set out over a single level with 2 double bedrooms (double / twin), 2 bathrooms (en-suite shower room / family), a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining and and living room which leads outside to a covered barbecue area, a private pool with floodlighting (and an option for heating during the winter months) a Jacuzzi Hot Tub and a charming herb-filled garden. In this special location it really is possible to forget time and to enjoy the simple things in life like freshly picked oranges for breakfast and if you enjoy exploring ‘off the beaten track’ there are pretty little villages to explore and plenty of colourful folklore to learn.
The wine-making village of Kathikas can be reached along the quiet back road and so can the twin villages of Pano and Kato Akourdhalia – the latter with its little folk museum whose key holder can usually be found playing tavli (backgammon) in the village coffee shop!

Miliou is one of the smallest villages in Cyprus with a population of about 60 which has been awarded with a "Green Award" for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018. It is one of the greenest villages in the area, thanks to an abundant supply of spring water, surrounded by citrus groves, almond trees and vineyards and in early spring the almond blossom is a spectacular sight and the orange and lemon trees are laden with fruit. With far-reaching mountain and valley views and unspoiled countryside, Miliou is a delightful rural setting, perfect for long walks and for those who love nature and bird watching as the village is renowned as a nesting site for nightingales, the main bird migrations when a wide variety of species may be seen take place in spring and autumn. If you’re more interested in seeing Mother Nature’s spectacular show of spring flowers, then visit between the beginning of March and the end of May. The aroma of the surrounding pine and lemon groves, brought in by the cool valley breeze provides relief from the hot Cypriot sun. In the same village, Ayii ANargyri - Natural Healing Spa Resort can be found, a medical spa resort and one of its kind with natural healing sulphur spring waters, the treatments are magical. It can also be visited for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee or wine and drinks. There is also a small local taverna at the square of the village serving fresh and quality traditional food cooked on charcoal daily.
The nearest supermarket to Miliou is approximately 4 km and the beaches, tavernas, market and shops of Polis and Latchi are a 15 minute drive and another few minutes will take you to the edge of the Akamas peninsula. The Troodos Mountains and the Paphos forest (home of the moufflon, the island's indigenous mountain sheep) are close by and Paphos airport is a 45-minute drive.
