The kitchen is fully fitted with units and integrated appliances (electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) and the comfortable sitting room has a corner sofa and contemporary dining table seating 8, plus a Grand Piano, log fireplace, Plasma TV (satellite with a selection of British and European channels), CD and DVD player.
