Villa Kostas is a modern holiday home in a countryside setting yet extremely well located close to the main town of Zante and the seaside resorts of Kalamaki and Laganas. Built on a plot of 500 m² with pretty gardens, extensive terraces, private pool this 2 storey villa sleeps 8/10 guests in fully air-conditioned and stylish interiors. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with comfortable lounge (satellite TV) dining table and kitchen with top of the range appliances and marble surfaces. There is a family shower room, a spacious twin bedroom with TV and direct access to the garden and a room with a double sofa bed that can be used as a fifth bedroom to increase the occupancy to 10. Stairs lead to the upper floor where there are a further two family shower rooms and 3 bedrooms (2 doubles/1 twin) all with TV's and doors that open out to spacious terraces overlooking the garden. Outside, the generously sized mosaic-tiled private pool attracts the sun all day and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for shade and at night it's beautifully lit creating a wonderful atmosphere for al fresco dining and grilled meals at the poolside barbecue area.

Villa Kostas is situated in the village of Ambelokipoi with lovely countryside views and extremely well located close to the seaside resorts of Kalamaki and Laganas. Laganas is the busiest resort on the island with a vast sandy beach, water sports, diving centre, beach bars and plenty of nightlife whilst the quieter resort of Kalamaki has a lovely sandy beach dominated by impressive rock formations. The main town of Zante is just a 10-minute drive where you will also find all amenities, bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants etc. The island of Zakynthos (Zante) provides its visitors with stunning scenery, colourful sunsets, crystal clear waters and great beaches, it's a popular holiday choice for families, couples and groups offering a warm sunny climate and a very friendly welcome.
