Set over one floor the inside is stylish and comfortable, fully equipped and light and airy. The entrance is onto the spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen, there is a comfortable sofa (that can be turned into a double bed if required), satellite TV, dining table for 6 and a fully equipped purposely-built kitchen (that includes fridge, freezer, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Big patio doors open onto the front terrace and provide extensive views over the sea and the olive groves. There are 2 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms: a romantic double bedroom and a comfortable twin-bedded room, sharing a large family bathroom with bathtub + shower over. The whole house (including bedrooms and lounge) is air-conditioned.

The villa benefits from all the advantages of its superb location, extensive paved patios surround the infinity-style private pool and provide great privacy together with unobstructed views to the sea. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 meters - depth. 1.5 and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, parasols and is beautifully lit at night. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue with a shaded dining area is provided.
