Eine Klasse Haus mit allem was man sich wünscht! Sehr schöner Poolbereich mit ausreichend Schatten. Toller Service bei kleineren Dingen und eine grossartige Freundlichkeit!!!

We spent a week at this lovely house with family and friends. The house had pretty much everything we could ask for. The pool was fantastic and very welcome on hot days. The location meant a car was essential, but it was really quiet. Portocolum was only a short drive, as were some beautiful beaches. The various areas of the house meant we weren’t on top of one another. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice Finca with a lot of room. Great for big groups. We had a good time. Unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes and some measures against them would be helpful.

S'Espiga provided wonderful accommodation and a great venue for our family holiday. The salt water swimming pool was heated by solar panels and with a shower and toilet one could spend separate time from the house. There was good shade. The crockery, cutlery and glassware was extensive; the two kitchens with their fridge/freezers proved very useful. Plenty of varied cooking utensils to allow us to grill and cook paella. There was plenty of seating around the property to give everyone space. Billiard table and table tennis were good additions. The only negative was that when the weather was very hot, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas were inadequate and no-one could sleep. In the end we had to purchase fans, one of which was left at the property.

We are a group of 6 couples and had a fabulous holiday in S’Espiga. The villa and grounds were lovely and very spacious, the pool was fantastic From first booking to our arrival we had no problems and everyone we contacted couldn’t have been more helpful. We had help to arrange transfers from the airport and to set up an online delivery from a local supermarket for our arrival. We would thoroughly recommend.

La casa es amplia y cómoda, excepcional para familias numerosas con niños.

We had in oktober 2015 with our family (10 adults and 5 children (1 – 8 years old)) a very good time in the wonderfull villa. The children liked the not heated swimmingpool very much. The children swing was dangerous, because it was rusty, not anchored and the bottem underneath the swing was not soft but hard. There is enough space in and around the house. The inventory is very complete. The area is quiet and there is a beautifull garden.

This is rather new, extremely spacious finca near the coastal town Porto Colom. You need to have a car to do grocery shopping and enjoy local restaurants. Distances are small, but car is definitely required. This finca has beautiful garden and swimming pool area, a lot of fun for the kids and the family. Given the huge size (7BR), this finca is a great fit for multiple families travelling together. Well-equipped kitchen(s) enable cooking for those who like to try out their cooking skills with local ingredients. Overall great place to spend a week or more!
