Villa Gardenia - East Mallorca

Nice place, good location. Great swimming pool!

Wir haben unsere Ferien mit drei Familien und insgesamt 10 Personen in der wunderschönen Finka mit Pool verbracht.
Die Ausstattung der Küche einschl. Geräte und Besteck müsste zur neuen Saison auf Vordermann gebracht werden.
Die Nutzung der Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer kosten nochmal extra. Sollte man im Vorwege beim Buchen beachten!
Die Duschen waren gut, jedoch kommt es bei 10 Personen manchmal zu wechselnden Temperaturen des Wassers.
Die Vermieterin Josephina war jederzeit für uns da, Verständigungsschwierigkeiten gab es mit Ihr nicht!
Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub in der schönen Finka und würden nach Modernisierung der Küche gerne wiederkommen!

Really lovely villa with huge amounts of space and a great pool. Beds are much comfier than they look in the pictures, soft foam mattresses. Our host was very friendly although not English speaking and sorting everything out was simple. Located conveniently close to Porto Cristo, no more than a 40min walk or 5 min taxi or drive. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a sufficient space for all of us (10 people) and had a great time with the pool outside.

A very nice visit. Pool and pool area were well maintained and very good. Dogs barking in the night disturbed our sleep. House was very nice!

Just back from a week stay at Villa Gardenia 8 adults, 2 children. The villa itself is spacious and the pool is great. You’ll likely need a hire car, probably about 1hr drive from Palma airport but easy to get to. The host is lovely, really friendly. There’s a port nearby about 8 min drive called Porto Cristo with bars and restaurants but we mostly ate at the villa. With BBQs etc. Lots of dining space for all guests. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes, gepflegtes Haus in ländlicher Gegend!
Unsere Gastgeberin Josephine war supernett und hilfsbereit wo immer dies notwendig war. Als Krönung hat sie uns mit Eiern von eigenen Hühner, einer selbstgemachten Tortilla und Sangria verwöhnt.
Der Pool ist superschön, er wird regelmässig gereinigt.
Einziger Minus-Punkt, wenn man dies so nennen möchte, die Geschirrspülmaschine in der Küche müsste dringend durch eine neue ersetzt werden, das Geschirr wird nicht sauber und der Warmwasser-Anschluss in der Küche funktioniert nur suboptimal, kaltes Wasser steht immer zur Verfügung...:-)
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und auch die Badezimmer sind tiptop ausgestattet.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Gardenia sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 9 Personen in dieser schönen Villa.
Der Außenbereich ist wirklich atemberaubend, genau wie auf den Fotos. Riesiger Pool, große Gartenanlage. Das die Besitzerin nebenan ihr Haus hat, ist überhaupt nicht störend. Sie ist sehr nett, zur Begrüßung gab es eine super leckere Tortilla und Sangria. Und zum Abschied spanische Häppchen und Sekt.
Die Villa ist im Innenbereich sehr groß und ausreichend für 9 Personen, man kann sich bequem aus dem Weg gehen . Wenn es Probleme gab, war Josephine sofort zur Stelle und versuchte das Problem zu lösen, auch wenn es manchmal etwas dauerte, bis das ein oder andere Ersatzteil da war.
Die Kommunikation war am Anfang nicht so gut, da sie nur Spanisch spricht und kein Englisch oder Deutsch, aber auch das wurde gelöst, ihr Sohn, der englisch spricht, übernahm die Kommunikation mit uns.
Was vielleicht besser gelöst werden sollte ist, dass die Mülltonne weit über 1 km weit weg ist. Dass heißt, man muss mit dem Auto den Müll weg fahren.
Und vielleicht könnten die Armaturen der Badezimmer mal ausgetauscht werden.
Aber alles in einem war es ein toller Urlaub, den wir in der Villa verbracht haben, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt.

Whilst this was not the best appointed villa we have stayed in it came a very close second. What it lacked in some areas it made up for in others. This villa had by far the best pool we have ever had, cleaned daily, it suited our extended family from 8 months to 64 years. There were ample pool loungers and space for individuals to have their own peace and quiet. We spent much of our time at the villa in the pool or on the spacious veranda, which had a table and seating to comfortably accommodate 10 people. Inside the villa there was a well equipped kitchen, which lacked only a few mixing bowls. The lounge diner was comfortable and thankfully air conditioned. All the bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, masses of storage and plenty of towels. The bathrooms were fantastic, hydro massage showers in all three bathrooms and the main bathroom had a bath sufficiently large enough to accommodate our three grandchildren with room to spare. Our hostess, Josephina, spoke little or no English, I speak no Spanish, but this did not prevent us communicating when necessary and nothing was too much trouble for our hostess. Her husband welcomed us on day one with a basket full of fresh eggs which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Whilst our hostess lived adjacent to the villa, she was very discreet and all daily maintenance was carried out early morning, but Josephina was always on call in the event of any problems of which there was only one, wifi dropping out, soon rectified and there was no repeat. Three generations of our family enjoyed a weeks holiday at the villa, would we recommend Villa Gardenia, most certainly, would we return, oh we do hope so. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
