Impressive Villa with Private Pool near by Es Trenc and Ses Covetes
Very comfortable and newly built villa with 3 double bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 persons. All 3 bedrooms dispose of air conditioning. On the ground floor there´s the living room with dining area, the ceiling is decorated with arches of Santanyi stone, a typical material for this area. Next to the living room is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with its own dining space and separate exit to the pool area. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a guest bathroom with toilet. On the first floor there is 2 more double bedrooms and a bathroom. A cosy terrace with garden furniture offers panoramic views over the neighbouring country side. The private pool (8 x 4 meters - depth: 0,80 - 1,80 m) is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and has an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with brick built barbecue and tables and chairs for grilled meals in open air.

Ses Salines is situated at only 1 km from Casa Andrea and is a charming place with a variety of restaurants and bars and all facilities within reach. The port of Colonia de Sant Jordi with both fishing and sailing boats, is just a 5 minutes drive from Ses Salines and is the gateway to the island of Cabrera, a natural reserve which is situated at only 10 miles of sailing from the port of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Every day, several recreational boat trips start from here to visit the island.
Nearby beaches are: Es Trenc, a large fine sandy beach surrounded by natural dunes, this beautiful beach is equipped with beach bars and comfortable sun loungers. S´Arenal de sa Rapita is a sandy beach of 1375 meters so it doesn't get over crowded in the high season.

The service from Best Holiday homes was excellent, particularly as this was a last minute booking due to being let down by a different company (Villafinca booked via homeaway). I would have no hesitation in booking via Best Holiday Homes again. The villa itself was fantastic. Location, pool, accommodation and help from the owner (even with the language barrier!) was second to none. I look forward to staying here again next year.

Das Haus war sehr schön, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Gastgeberin Andrea war sehr rührig und hat uns mit Wein und Kuchen empfangen. Wir konnten schon sehr früh ins Haus, was sehr hilfreich war, da wir schon morgens sehr früh angereist waren.
Alles in allem ein entspannter Urlaub.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage.
Wir vermissten den wöchentlichen Handtuch- und Bettenwechsel., sowie ein paar Kleinigkeiten (z.B. Besen/Schaufel um den Grillbereich zu säubern).

Wir waren in den letzten Juniwochen 2015 mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder je 1 Jahr zu Gast in Casa Andrea.
Von der Buchung des Hauses bis zum Empfang von Andrea an der Tankstelle vor Ses Salines hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Andrea und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen. Wir brauchten 2 Kinderbetten und 2 Hochstühlchen für die Kinder, die wir vorher telefonisch angefragt haben. Als wir ankamen war eines der Bettchen zu klein, sofort hat Andrea ein neues Bett innerhalb einer halbe Stunde organisiert.
Im Kühlschrank standen Wasser und Cola gut gekühlt. Eine Flasche Wein, Kakaomilch und kleine Brötchen fanden wir auf dem Tisch, ein toller Empfang.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Die riesengroße überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und noch einem Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette) von außen begehbar, war mit kleinen Kindern sehr praktisch.
Die Außenanlagen waren gepflegt und mit viel Liebe im Detail angelegt.
Der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt sowohl die Wasserqualität geprüft.
Die Umgebung ist ländlich mit Schafen, Esel, Pferden ... in der Nähe.
Wir danken den Vermietern für den schönen Urlaub in ihrem Haus.
