Villa Valentina with a private pool is an impressive holiday home situated on a large corner plot in the exclusive residential area of Llenaire, just a few minutes walk from the sea and the pine walk that leads to Port de Pollenca. The villa sleeps 8 people in immaculate, air conditioned (on a timer) and opulently furnished interiors with marble tiling throughout. A few steps lead up from the gated entrance to the front door and from here you walk into the impressive hall with cloakroom and an imposing staircase leading to the first floor and the 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors to a terrace and 2 twins also with patio doors to a terrace which share a full family bathroom. Downstairs comprises of a comfortably furnished air-conditioned L-shaped lounge with both leather and fabric sofas, TV with News and International channels and DVD player. Large French windows open out onto a beautifully furnished covered porch, pool and lawned area. To the left of the lounge is the formal elegant air-conditioned dining room and on the opposite side of the hall comes the superbly fitted kitchen. This has dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and a fitted dining area to one side. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine, walk-in pantry and exit onto the back terrace, and barbecue area. Outside, the superb private kidney-shaped pool has a shallow end for children and is surrounded by high walled hedges and spacious terraces. The outside is well furnished with comfortable seating and various tables so ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. It isn't difficult to see why guests find it hard to tear themselves away from this stunning villa but its' excellent location offers fabulous opportunities for beach activities, water sports and amazing restaurants making it great choice for a holiday in Mallorca spent with family or friends.

Sports & Activities

Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cami Boquer - Hiking area.
Pollenca - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
