Villa Ginesta with a private pool is conveniently located just 500 meters from the long sandy beach and amenities of Can Picafort, a popular destination and an ideal resort for families and couples wanting a relaxing getaway. The villa sleeps 8 guests and is set over 2 floors with an external staircase that leads to a large balcony/terrace that surrounds the upper floor accommodation. Inside, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 2 twins (the twin beds can be joined to form doubles if required), One bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the remaining 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. The lounge is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm - 4pm and 8pm - 8am). The ground floor is occupied by a huge, covered terrace, ideal for dining alfresco and by a useful poolside bathroom, a fenced garden with a lawn area surrounds the 15 m² private pool and sun loungers are provided. Villa Ginesta is a good choice for families/friends seeking a beach holiday close to amenities and without the need for car hire.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
