Distributed over two floors, the ground floor comprises an enormous and airy lounge/dining area complete with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table seating 10. Glass patio doors not only provide access to the garden and covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surrounding area and the pool. Off the dining area, there is a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a shower room. All of these rooms have doors leading out to a covered terrace with lovely country views. Stairs lead up to the first floor (with horizontal balustrades on the staircase - care should be taken with children), housing a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, featuring a floor to ceiling window with incredible views. From the outside dining terrace, steps lead to the lawned area with a built-in barbecue alongside, the large private pool is surrounded by lawned gardens and by sunbathing terraces, perfect for lazy days under the Mallorcan sun. Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Villa Font is situated in the countryside offering panoramic views to the mountains and to the Bay of Pollenca. This idyllic location provides easy access to Old Town Pollenca and Pollenca Golf course (5/10 mins) as well as the excellent beach resorts of Port de Pollenca, Cala San Vicente, Port d'Alcudia and Playa de Murro (15/20 mins). Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. The long sandy beaches with shallow clear waters at Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are great for families with plenty of activities and water sports on offer, they are lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.
