Finca Joan is an attractive holiday villa with a private pool, extensive gardens and excellent mountain vistas, perfectly located in the countryside yet close to old town Pollenca and just a short drive away from the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente. This stone-built villa sleeps up to 8 guests in fully air conditioned and spacious interiors that are well furnished following the Mallorcan style with all modern comforts included. The main living area is located on the ground floor, there is a comfortable lounge (with sofas and satellite TV), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday, a large dining area and a family bathroom. The 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, (2 doubles and 2 twins) together with 2 further bathrooms. Outside, offers amazing shaded terraces, gardens with a lawn and mature trees (measuring 40.000 m²), pleasant furnished areas and guaranteed endless relaxation. The private swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasols for the guests to enjoy and a barbecue is provided for grilled meals and dining alfresco on the terrace. Finca Joan is ideal for families or groups of friends who are seeking a relaxing holiday in the countryside whilst still being close the restaurants and attractions of old town Pollenca and the beautiful sandy beaches on the east coast!

Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria - a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Joan is situated in the peaceful countryside, on the outskirts of Pollenca with fabulous views of the Tramuntana mountains and just a short distance to the main square of the historic old town, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, many typical tapas bars and cafes. The amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente can also be easily reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. Pollenca is located at the north of the island, an ancient town with attractive narrow streets, several places of historical interest and famous for it's Sunday markets in the main square. Port de Pollenca, once a simple fishing port it still remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
