Nestled in the Pollenca countryside with stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains the property offers rural seclusion whilst being only a 15 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes by car to Port de Pollenca and Alcudia. The villa is distributed over one floor and sleeps 8 guests in calming and tasteful interiors. It comprises; 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins (two have direct access to the gardens), 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a comfortable living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. A unique feature of the villa is the gym which is fitted with all of the essential equipment and has an adjoining shower room both housed in a separate annexe. Outside, there are vine-draped archways and large immaculate lawns filled with Bougainvillea flowers and palm trees, a private diamond-shaped swimming pool, a covered brick-built barbecue area and dining and seating areas, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. Cami Boquer - Hiking area
Pollenca - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
