Villa Brianna is an outstanding pretty stone property with a private pool that offers peace, privacy and an excellent location. Set in the beautiful countryside with lovely rural views and just 5 minutes drive from the ancient town of Pollenca and 15 minutes drive from the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. Distributed over one level, the villa accommodates 6 guests in spacious interiors and comprises: 3 air conditioned (on a timer) bedrooms, two with twin beds that share a family bathroom and one double with en-suite shower room. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with TV (News and International channels) and DVD player. Doors lead out to an attractive covered terrace, that provides plenty of shade and a perfect spot for alfresco dining, there is also a separate barbecue kitchen for those who enjoy grilled meals and here you will also find a laundry room with washing machine. Colourful lawn gardens surround the property and set amongst generous sun terraces is an inviting private swimming pool with a shallow end for children. Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
