Villa Beato with private pool is a beautiful holiday home in a sought-after location. The property is surrounded by stunning mountain views and overlooks the Calvari, offering peace and tranquillity whilst the main square of old town Pollenca with an array of shops, restaurants and bars is within easy walking distance (10/15 mins). The villa accommodates 5 guests and has been lovingly restored by the owners, maintaining many of its original features and blending a mixture of antiques with all the comfort of modern appliances and soft furnishings ensuring guests will have their perfect Mallorca villa holiday. Approached through pretty lawned gardens and up to a well-furnished porch that runs the width of the property leads to the front door. Inside, the downstairs rooms radiate off the entrance hall, to the right is a well fitted modern kitchen/breakfast room which boasts ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine is adjacent. Large patio doors also lead out to the front porch ensuring easy access for those meals al-fresco. Leading off from the hall is the large light and airy lounge/dining room which is comfortably furnished, there is a wood burning stove and a smart TV. Patio doors lead both to the front porch and also the paved back terrace, which overlooks the village. An original staircase takes you up to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, firstly a master double bedroom with en-suite shower and dressing room which shares a terrace overlooking Pollenca with the second charming twin bedded room adjacent. Across the landing is the beautifully tiled family bathroom and finally a single bedroom with a larger than normal size antique bed. Within the lawn gardens, the private pool with roman steps into the shallow end for children takes pride of place beside the house. There are sun loungers and outdoor furniture plus a stone-built barbeque with an original bread oven and a second outside dining area behind the pool. Due to its excellent location, there are plenty of opportunities to try a variety of activities, walking, cycling or enjoying the beach at nearby Port de Pollenca.

Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.

Villa Beato is surrounded by stunning mountain views and overlooks the Calvari. The property has an excellent location, situated off the Lluc and Soller road and just 10/15 minutes walk from the main square of old town Polleca. An ancient town with attractive narrow streets, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Port de Pollenca (10 mins drive) was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina.
Pollenca and Port de Pollenca are connected by a bus line which makes up to 24 daily journeys during the summer season and 16 during the winter.
