Finca Sergio with a private pool is set in an idyllic location with views across the open countryside and to the mountains in the distance. Its' central position provides easy access to old town Pollenca, Alcudia, Port d'Alcudia, the long sandy beaches of the east coast, Pollenca golf and the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park. This single-storey Spanish house is built in traditional stone and sleeps 6 guests in spacious interiors with modern amenities whilst retaining the character and charm of a traditional Majorcan house. Inside, comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable lounge with an ornamental wood burner stove, dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen with patio doors out to the rear terrace. Accessed via a gated entrance with driveway to parking and a large garden with a lawn, palm trees, shrubs and various furnished terraces to relax. Sports & Activities

Alcudia - Weekly market in the old town is considered one of the most important on the island with a wide variety of products on offer.
Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Albufera Natural Park - Wonderful wetlands, perfect for bird watching and nature enthusiasts. A protected nature reserve with footpaths, cycle trails, birdwatching hides and a visitors centre.
