Casa Lucinda with a private pool is a charming holiday home built in Mallorcan stone for up to 6 people that offers a totally private idyllic setting amidst the oak holm and pine woodlands. Located between Pollenca, Alcudia and Port de Pollenca allows good access (10/15 minutes by car) to all three resorts and the fantastic sandy beaches on the east coast. This single-storey villa is built in a traditional style with tiled floors, whitewashed walls and beamed ceilings. The interiors are bright and comfortable and comprise 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite shower room and 2 twins that share a family bathroom. A large well equipped kitchen, living/dining room with two sofas, wood burning fire, satellite TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The property has a large garden with a lawn providing plenty of space for everyone, table tennis is available for extra entertainment and a private pool with corner Roman steps is perfect for cooling off after relaxing on the sun loungers. A large covered and furnished terrace with a built-in barbecue is ideal for grilled meals al fresco whilst you enjoy the peace and tranquillity that surrounds you. Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
