Casa Leon is a cosy one-bedroom villa with a private pool situated just 800 meters from the sea and 5 minutes drive to Port de Pollensa. The villa enjoys countryside and mountain views and is located just off the old road that connects with Old Town Pollensa, providing an ideal base from which to explore both resorts. This light and airy villa is well furnished throughout and comprises an open-plan living dining space with an equipped kitchen accessed via a few steps down. There is one bathroom with a shower and from the cosy lounge a pine staircase leads up to an air-conditioned galleried double bedroom. Outside, a mature well-kept garden with a lawn and sun terrace with loungers surrounds the private pool. A covered terrace provides shade in the hottest parts of the day and the brick-built barbecue is perfect for grilling meals and dining al fresco on chilled-out evenings spent at the villa. Casa Leon is a great choice for couples who enjoy the privacy of the countryside whilst being close to fantastic restaurants and fabulous beaches!

Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Casa Leon is located 5 minutes drive from Port de Pollensa, along the old road that links the bay to Old Town Pollensa, just 800 meters from the sea and a narrow sandy beach. Set in the countryside with open views towards the mountains yet ideally placed to reach popular resorts (5/10 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. Port de Pollensa was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina.
