Casa Alexia is an impressive, beautifully designed town house with a private pool, ideally located in the heart of Pollenca old town just a short stroll from the many facilities, shops and restaurants that this ancient town has to offer. Recently renovated with air conditioning throughout the property has 2 large bedrooms for up to 4 guests and contemporary interiors that have been carefully decorated by experienced local architects making wide use of natural materials. The house is distributed over 3 floors, connected by an internal staircase and comprises, a modern, purposely built kitchen (4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area opening straight to the pool terrace, a cloakroom (w/c) and a stunning, separate lounge area (with TV) accessed from the pool patio, perfect for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day or reading a book in total peace. On the first floor there is a spacious twin bedroom, a bathroom and one airy room with an armchair offering direct access to the pool-facing terrace. This room does not have a door and could be used as a single room for a child. The upper floor of the villa is entirely occupied by the master bedroom suite, with a double bed, a large bathroom and high quality finishing, this room is a true delight! Outside, in the private and enclosed courtyard you have the unique bonus of a pool, tiled in precious Mallorcan marble, perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the town or on the nearby beaches of Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente. A car is not really needed and there are excellent bus connections to and from the resorts. Few town houses offer such stylish interiors making Casa Alexia a real hidden gem and perfect for a luxurious retreat in this cosmopolitan destination.

Plot - 167 m² - Enclosed courtyard terrace with a private plunge pool and sun loungers. The pool terrace is tiled in precious Mallorcan marble, and all the fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard. First and second floor terraces with outdoor furniture.
Sports & Activities
Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Alexia is located in the heart of Pollenca, just 400 m from the main square. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place famous for its' Sunday markets and abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
Pollenca and Port de Pollenca are connected by a bus line which makes up to 24 daily journeys during the summer season and 16 during the winter.
