With such a sought after location it is no surprise that Ca'n Pep, together with sister property Ca'n Menonge, has fast become one of our most popular properties in Pollença. On the road leading from Pollença to Lluc monastery and the scenic west coast mountains, the location of this attractive, stone clad cottage is convenience itself.
Comfortable, homely and unpretentious, Ca'n Pep would be an excellent choice for those not wishing to rely on a car to make the most of their holiday.
Turn right out of the gate and a 650m walk takes you to all the atmosphere and history this esteemed Roman town has to offer as well as a selection of excellent amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, banks, bars and a wonderful range of restaurants (the nearest, a casual local restaurant / tapas bar, is 300m).
Internally, the house décor features local tiles and selected pieces of family memorabilia. Curtains and bed covers in the bedrooms are made from that celebrated, distinctively patterned Mallorcan cloth – a simple, stylish and very effective choice of fabric.
You will find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday including a well equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV with some satellite channels, a DVD and the thoughtful addition of air conditioning in each of the bedrooms.
With dual access off the living room and kitchen, outdoor living is only enhanced by a covered dining terrace with barbecue nearby. The smart shower room off this terrace is ideal for pool use and a very useful addition to household facilities while the terrace itself provides the perfect spot in which parents can relax while keeping an eye on younger party members in the pool just across the lawn.
Further amenities as well as two popular, sandy cove beaches can be found at family-orientated Cala San Vicenç just 6.3km away.

Pollenca - Places of interest include the Roman bridge signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalo, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
Cyclists can choose from a variety of trails and terrains in the surrounding countryside while keen walkers are equally spoilt being able to access many different paths around the Tramuntana foothills as well as some gorgeously scenic coastal routes.

Situated only 800 m from the celebrated main square of Pollença, on the road leading from Pollença towards Lluc monastery. This convenient location makes an excellent choice for those not wishing to rely on a car as every essential amenity can be found within walking distance. The sandy coves of Cala Sant Vicenç (6.3km) as well as the impressive swathe of Pollença Bay (6.5km) are each within a ten minute drive and Pollença golf club is only (5.5km) 8 minutes. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. There is also an excellent choice of water sports on offer.
