Apartment Ponent 3 is a second-floor apartment situated in the lovely residential area of Llenaire, on the outskirts of Port de Pollenca, just 300 metres to the long sandy beach in the bay of Pollenca. The apartment has a private furnished balcony overlooking the communal area with a circular shaped swimming pool, sun terrace and loungers. Inside, comprises 2 air conditioned bedrooms (1 double/1 twin), a family bathroom and an open plan living/dining space with an equipped kitchen. The property has glass patio doors to the balcony, allowing plenty of natural light and is nicely furnished throughout, Free Wi-Fi is also available. In addition to the beautiful sandy beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby and a 20 minute stroll along the promenade will take you to the main town of Port de Pollenca. Ponent 3 is a great choice for a sun-filled beach holiday in Mallorca and ideal for families with children.

Pollenca Bay - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollenca - Places of historical interest include "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
