El Molino was originally a mill and has been lovingly restored while maintaining its original charm and character. All living areas are located on the ground floor, a cosy living room with SAT TV/DVD, CD Player, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with domestic appliances, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware. 3 double bedrooms (2 with en suite bathrooms).

The property is located on a large plot with private drive way and offers absolute peace and tranquillity. The garden consists of green lawns surrounded by beautiful palm trees and colourful oleander. Large covered terraces provide cool shade during the warm summer days and the barbecue area with table and chairs and brick built barbecue will be your favourite spot for grilled meals together in open air. The private pool (size 14 x 5 meters; depth 0.30 - 2.20 m) is equipped with comfortable sun loungers.
A very special feature of this property is that it has its own private tennis court!

The finca is located in a peaceful area approximately 2.5 km (5 mins drive) from the authentic village of Cas Concos. This charming little village offers a great selection of both traditional and contemporary restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, a newsagent, a few local bars, a small supermarket and a general store, there is also a fresh produce market that takes place on Wednesdays. Santanyi is definitely worth a visit, a pretty, rural and authentically Mallorcan town with a serene atmosphere, great places to eat and a fantastic twice weekly market. Being positioned in the South of Mallorca gives you easy access to some of the best beaches on the Island including the Natural Reserve at Cala Mondrago, Cala Font de n'Alis and the magnificent natural beaches with crystal clear waters at Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita.

Lovely converted mill in the countryside with a large swimming pool and surrounded by a well kept garden area.
Miguel and his wife were friendly and helpful, although not too good on the English language.
Very secluded location with peace and tranquility apart from the goats and chickens next door which give you an early morning call.
Short drive to the village and only 10 minutes to Campos.
One of the better villas that I have stayed in and would go back there again.

Very cosy finca in the country side. A classical mill with a nice atmosphere. The finca is close to Campos where you can do your shopping. Also Palma and the Es Trenc beach are not far away. Beautiful garden and nice pool. The owner and his wife are extremely friendly and doing a perfect job. Kitchen and bathrooms could be more modern. We had a perfect holiday with our 3 kids (1 baby)!!

El Molino is a very pretty converted mill surrounded by a lovely garden. The swimming pool and tennis court were well maintained and we made good use of both. The pool is knee-deep at one end, increasing to enough depth to dive in at the other.
The friendly owner, Miguel, takes pride in the garden and came over each evening to water the plants and top up the pool. He speaks good German but no English.
The location is private and secluded - just next door's goats and chickens for company. We found it easiest to locate the property by using satellite photos and searching for the tennis court and distinctive curved swimming pool. It is a short drive or about a half hour walk into the village of Cas Concos, which has a small supermarket, a bakery and a selection of restaurants and bars. To get to beaches or other parts of the island you will need to drive. There is plenty of space to park.
There is no air-conditioning, but with careful use of the shutters and windows we were able to keep the house to a reasonable temperature for our stay in mid-July.
The small kitchen is well equipped and there is a great barbecue area with outdoor sink. There are a couple of different outdoor dining areas so you can choose sun or shade at any time of day.
Overall, El Molino had everything we needed for a restful family holiday.
